In preparation for your first appointment it is wise to bring along your printed and filled out patient forms as well as any previous medical information you may have including any imaging you have had done in the past 3 years.
While we can't know for sure, most initial visits usually take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. Please make time in your schedule to compensate for this.
We do not accept insurance at this time, however, you can use your insurance for any laboratory or imaging needed for diagnosing.
